What’s it like to be a woman in tech? There are likely many answers to this question. At this event, we will attempt to provide some of them by introducing you to four different speakers – all women working in IT and Tech with diverse backgrounds and stories of how they arrived at their current positions.
The purpose of this event is to showcase different career paths and give students (of all genders) an insight into women’s careers and journeys into today’s job market.
We aim to inspire students by offering them the opportunity to meet women from the industry, hear their stories, and learn about the various opportunities and career paths available.
If you join, you get the opportunity to:
- Meet inspiring women who work in the IT and Tech industries
- Learn about different career paths
- Network with potential future employers and fellow students
- Discuss the significance of gender and career
